    How Are Orders Shipped?

    Orders are shipped from our Listowel,Ontario,Canada. Orders may also be picked up at our retail store in Listowel,Ontario.

    For shipping  withinCanada, a physical street address (or building identifier or 911 emergency locator in rural areas) must be provided; delivery to post office boxes is not available. WithinCanada, shipping via Canada Post is available to post office boxes and postal designations (e.g., rural route, general delivery).

    Service may only be available to selected cities and/or addresses (in particular, delivery to post office boxes is not available). A surcharge may apply for deliveries to rural addresses. 

    Which Shipping Service Should You Choose?

    If no one is available to accept delivery when delivery is first attempted, attempts will be made to reach you at least one more time,  following which the shipment will be returned to us.

    You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address information (including any necessary security access codes/buzzer numbers) to ensure that your order can be delivered. If the delivery address provided is incorrect or can not be located, the delivery service will attempt to contact the recipient via telephone and/or mail so as to effect delivery of the shipment; Canada Post will return the shipment to us without attempting any correction. Charges levied by the carrier for address correction, redirection, or return of your order are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged back to you. An additional shipping fee will apply for reshipment of the order.

    When Is Your Order Shipped?

    Orders consisting entirely of items with in stock availability are generally shipped within 1 - 2 business days (i.e., on the first or second business day following the day on which your order is placed). Our shipping department is closed on all statutory holidays: 

    Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders, except those which are to be picked up at our retail store. The shipping and handling charge consists of a base charge plus an additional charge for each kilogram of weight (the greater of the actual weight and the dimensional weight of the shipment). If the value of the products you have ordered is more than $100.00, there is an additional charge for insurance for each additional $100.00 of value.

    When you visit our web site, you may provide us with two types of information:  personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and  web site use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our web site.

    No information which you provide to us is shared with any third party individual or company, with the following exceptions:

    1. your billing information (including your name, address, and telephone number) is shared with our credit card processing provider and your credit card issuing institution, if you choose to charge your purchase to a credit card;

    2. your shipping information (including the recipient name, address, and telephone number) is provided to Canada Post, your local country's postal service, and/or United Parcel Service (UPS) and their affiliates and service providers, as applicable, for the purpose of delivering the products purchased;

    3. your shipping information and the nature of the products being purchased (including their country of origin) is provided to the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency and/or your local country's customs authority (and the customs authority of such other countries through which the products purchased may travel en route to their destination), if the products purchased are being delivered outside Canada.

    What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information?

    We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

  • Returns & Replacements

    All returns must be done within 14 days of purchase and be accompanied by receipt. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.  We are unable to accept returns on our bulk food items.  All sale items are final.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Ordering

    Ordering is simple.  You can choose to open an account with us that will make future ordering quicker and more simple or you can choose to check out as a guest.  Find the items you would like to purchase.  Click add to cart.  When you are finished shopping click check out on your cart and follow the prompts.  Your order should arrive shortly!

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

     All prices are as indicated.  Promotions are for limited times only.  Please note that not all promotional pricing is reflected in Gift Registries BUT all promotional pricing will be shown and applied in cart at check out.

  • Viewing Orders

     To easily view your orders, open up an account with our shop so your orders can easily be reviewed at your convenience.
